0xBASE INTEL BRIEF

"A new EPA report shows Ireland will miss its 2030 emissions target of a 51% reduction from 2018 levels, with even full implementation of planned measures achieving only up to 25% cuts. Existing measures yield 13% reduction, additional measures 23%, but flexibilities from EU could add 10 or 4 percentage points. Offshore wind projections cut to zero, and sectors like transport, industry, and buildings are far off sectoral ceilings. Agriculture could reduce by 19%."
